Services
Kyzen provides luxury chauffeur and airport transfer services in the New Jersey and New York area. Quotes are estimates until confirmed in writing by our team. Final pricing may reflect vehicle type, stops, wait time, tolls, parking, or other trip-specific factors.
Bookings & Payment
A booking is confirmed when you accept a quote and any required deposit or payment arrangement agreed with our office. Online card payment is not processed on this website; payment terms (Zelle, invoice, corporate billing, etc.) are communicated directly by our team.
Cancellations
Cancellation policies vary by service type and are provided with your quote or confirmation. Please contact us as early as possible if your plans change.
Passenger Responsibilities
- Provide accurate pickup times, addresses, and flight information
- Be ready at the scheduled pickup time; excessive wait time may incur charges
- Behave respectfully toward chauffeurs and vehicles
Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, airline schedule changes, or events outside our reasonable control. Our liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific trip, except where prohibited by law.
